On the Eve of a New Year...

I wasn't planning to do another post until after New Year but to my surprise, two of my Hobbysearch orders came in today. One was a DIY set for my Figma figures, the other was Aoto, Alice's Tea Party March. So officially, this is the last doll to arrive this year (on the last day of the year - quite poetic).


This was before I undressed him and gave his hair a wash. I really don't like the greasy feel of the styling products they use on these guys. His clothing is quite detailed for such a small scale.

My plans for the coming year:

* A room set for my Pureneemo, FR and MH dolls to use with interchangeable walls.
* A set for my Tinies and MSD sized bjds to use.
* A set or backdrop for my Larger bjds to use.
* Learn to photograph my figmas better.
* A companion for Tobias (Elemental Fae ~ still procrastinating on sculpt).

And whatever you decide to do for New Year's Eve, stay safe and enjoy yourselves!

      Hope you had a great New Year's Eve!

      It's actually good that he ended out the year as 2014 has been the year of the Pureneemo, FR and MH dolls. I did not buy a single bjd in 2014 which is unusual for me!

      Thanks! It was a tough decision between Aoto and Yuta. Would have liked to have had both but was only able to budget for one of them.

    OMG it's so cute!! *flails* I can't believe all the detail! How big are these guys? I keep seeing them in everyone's posts lately...but none of the pics I've seen show any kind of scale.

      Hmm, well, I think they are a similar size to Blue Fairy Pocket Fairy Sugar body which is roughly 19cm. I've read that the Sugar body can wear Pureneemo clothing. So they are tiny and thin. I'll try and get a scale photo for you in the next few days.

      Thanks! Definitely, I would love to have one of my big dolls wear something like that actually. It would be pretty awesome.
