Had a bit more of a play with my Picconeemo girl, Sera (Ex Cute Himeno) and I really love that she can do this particular pose. I still have not yet managed to get any of my bjds into something like this yet. I think maybe the Popodoll boy could do this pose but I think that's about all from the bjd line.

I was actually rather surprised with the Picconeemo body. I kind of wish the Pureneemo had these type of hinge joints too. I mean the PNs can pose pretty well already but extra articulation could open up so much more potential.

ReplyDeleteThat pose in the first one is one of my favourites on this body. Now I am going to have to see if any of my other dolls can do this. I think my Obitsu girl will be able to but not sure on the bjds.

DeleteI wasn't sure about the Picconeemo size at first but after playing around with her, I don't mind it. She is still Rune's magical talking doll though.

Coolcat has a heap of different types of stockings like these. I keep forgetting about them too but they're always pretty reliable and I noticed they also sell stuff for Pullips as well which is a bonus.

ReplyDeleteYou really wouldn't think she is a small little thing but she's bascially similar in size to a figma, maybe a touch, (only a touch though) bigger. She does amazing poses. I honestly wish some of my bigger dolls have this ability.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're enjoying your little Himeno now that you've played with her a bit more. I've decided that I like the body, but prefer having the moulded-hair kind of head on top, like the Assault Lily dolls. Do you think you'll get other Picco Neemos is Azone brings the out?
Also, I love Sif's stockings! I've seen cute ones like that on Etsy, and been so tempted.
I think Eve can look good in just about anything but I do love the girly look for her. It's nice to actually have a girly girl for a change.
DeleteI wish you could just purchase some of those moulded-hair heads by themselves though. That way you could swap out heads whenever you were bored. I think if they ever released a Chiika in that size, I would get one but nothing else. I'm using her as Rune's doll which she is a perfect size for.
Cat stockings are so cute. Coolcat has a few good ones. I plan to get more later in the year. I need to get my Obitsu girl a wig and some clothes first ... but hopefully in June but that depends as I have that big Integrity Toys doll that is supposed to be released in June/July that I need to pay off.
