One Last Hurrah

I can't believe it's Friday already. Time has been galloping past for me lately and I am backlogged on things I want to post here as per usual.

On Wednesday, I had a meet-up with my friend, littlegreythings. It was our last hurrah as she will be moving to another city quite a distance away in a few short weeks and it will be a long while before we will get a chance to see each other again. I will miss her a lot. It was fantastic that we could get together one last time but also a sad day as I knew it wouldn't happen again for a while.

It was also neat that she was here for my new Pullip box opening (which I will post about in another post later). 

She bought over her sweet little Chiika girl (the smaller one in this photo). We finally got to get a photo of our two Chiika girls together. Mine kind of still has that just out of bed look here as I only received the Azone oil mist that day and haven't had a chance to fix her hair with it yet.

Of Monsters and Meets

A few things being crammed into today's post as I had a backlog of photos.

First, my repainted MH girls by Ticuk arrived today and they are gorgeous. I already knew that from the preview photos I saw when they were finished but wow, in person, they are even more incredible.

The repaints were of Freaky Fusion Ghoulia Yelps and Frights, Camera, Action Operetta.

Christmas Meet

An epic Christmas meet up with my friend, littlegreythings yesterday. It's the first time I've truly felt like it's Christmas time. She decorated a spot for all the dolls and much fun was had. I was lucky enough to get to see all of her dolls together.

There were bjds, Nendoroids, Pureneemos, Monster High and one lonesome Pullip and FR doll.

November Meet

Earlier in the week, I got together again with my friend for another little meet up before our Christmas one in a few weeks. I took a lot of photos but sadly only a small number turned out and the rest were too far gone for me to save.

Let's kick off with her three Azone girls which she labels the Neopolitan Ice Cream girls. 

They are amazing. I just love how she posed them here.

Halloween Meet

On Thursday, I met up with my friend for a Halloween Meet. She had all her lovely dolls out in Halloween gear and there was so many lovely cobwebs, pumpkins and yummy cookies to indulge in. I also came home with an extra cu-poche head that I will take photos of for another post. I actually remembered my camera this time so was able to get photos.

All the dolls photographed here belong to my friend (and are posted here with her permission). I didn't take any photos of my dolls. Oh well, next time.  But hey, I enjoy seeing her dolls so I'm happy with the photos I managed to get.

Mini Meet

Yesterday, I went over to my friend's house for a "Mini-Meet". We had a lot of fun mucking around with our dolls. There were resin folk, monster high and the star of the show, the pureneemos.

My DSLR camera was low on battery so I couldn't take it along but I had my trusty (or not so trusty) phone camera handy. Sorry for some of the quality on these. Hubby has said I can have his old phone which is a newer model than the one I have but it has a much better camera on it which is all I'm concerned about when it comes to mobile phones. I don't really use the phone that much but I sometimes don't like having to lug the big ole camera around town so it's nice to have a smaller alternative.

My super talented friend made the diorama, the floor, the walls, the furniture. It looks amazing and it fit all of our Pureneemo collection quite nicely.
